Contract and invoicing

407 ETR and other tolls not included in the contract: These must be paid directly by the renter. Administrative fees may apply in case of non-payment.
A25: A toll transponder is provided free of charge with all Weeve electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Usage fees may apply if the transponder is removed.
Weeve will pay the fine received and add a $50 administrative fee + tax to the total amount. No appeals will be accepted.
Plus and Platinum subscribers can submit reimbursable expenses. Email the complete invoice to your regional office: support@weeve.ca. Our team will review the request and process the reimbursement if applicable.
In the event of a bounced payment (NSF), the vehicle will be deactivated from the Uber platform until payment is received via Interac e-Transfer or credit card. A fee of $50 + tax will be added for each payment incident. If payment is not received for more than 48 hours, the vehicle will be impounded and contractual fees will apply.
The first payment is required upon delivery of the vehicle.
Weeve accepts Interac e-Transfers as well as credit and debit cards. These terms apply to all our electric vehicle leasing programs in Canada.
Subscription fees are charged weekly.Payments are processed in advance for the following week.
A security deposit is required at the time of booking.

General Information

The security deposit varies depending on the subscription type, ranging from $500 to $1000. The deposit is 100% refundable if the vehicle is returned in good condition and no fines or charges are issued during the subscription period. Any unpaid amount will be deducted from the deposit.
